Order cancellation

Consumers have the right to cancel a distance sales contract within 14 days of receiving the goods by notifying us through the form available on this page.

It is sufficient to submit the cancellation notice within the cancellation period. After submitting the notice, you will receive an email confirming that your cancellation request has been received.

When does the right of cancellation not apply?

The right of cancellation does not apply to products that are manufactured or modified according to the customer’s individual specifications. Such products include, for example, items produced based on the customer’s own measurements, texts, images, or other personalised information.

In such cases, the order cannot be cancelled after the order has been confirmed and production preparations have begun.

Returning standard products

Unused and resalable standard products may be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods. The returned product must be in its original packaging and in saleable condition.

After the return has been received and inspected, the payment will be refunded in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
